Ingredients
Medium-coarse ground Hustlers Coffee beans (2 tbsp per cup)
Hot water (195-205°F / 90-96°C)
Preparation
Place a Chemex filter in the Chemex and rinse with hot water.
Add coffee grounds to the filter.
Begin by blooming the grounds with a small amount of hot water and wait for 30 seconds.
Pour remaining hot water in a slow, circular motion over the grounds.
Let the coffee drip into the Chemex, pour, and enjoy the fresh, clean taste.
