Ingredients
20 Gms of Hustlers Coffee Pot grind
200 ML water
Preparation
Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency (slightly finer than drip coffee but not as fine as espresso).
Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka pot with cold water, just up to the safety valve.
Add coffee grounds into the filter basket, leveling them off without tamping.
Assemble the Moka pot by screwing on the top chamber securely.
Place the Moka pot on a stovetop over medium heat.
Wait until you hear a gurgling sound, indicating that the coffee is brewing and filling the top chamber.
Remove the Moka pot from heat as soon as it finishes brewing to prevent bitterness.
Serve immediately and enjoy a strong, aromatic cup that’s ideal on its own or as a base for milk-based drinks.
