Siphon Coffee

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Medium-ground Hustlers Coffee beans (2 tbsp per cup)

  • Hot water (about 200°F / 93°C)

Preparation

  • Fill the lower chamber of the siphon with hot water and place it on a heat source.

  • Attach the top chamber securely, and as the water heats, it will rise into the top chamber.

  • Add medium-ground coffee to the top chamber and stir gently.

  • Allow the coffee to steep for 1-2 minutes.

  • Remove the heat source, and as the pressure equalizes, the brewed coffee will be drawn back into the lower chamber.

  • Once all coffee has transferred back down, separate the chambers and serve.
