Ingredients
Medium-ground Hustlers Coffee beans (2 tbsp per cup)
Hot water (about 200°F / 93°C)
Preparation
Fill the lower chamber of the siphon with hot water and place it on a heat source.
Attach the top chamber securely, and as the water heats, it will rise into the top chamber.
Add medium-ground coffee to the top chamber and stir gently.
Allow the coffee to steep for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the heat source, and as the pressure equalizes, the brewed coffee will be drawn back into the lower chamber.
Once all coffee has transferred back down, separate the chambers and serve.
